How old is Munch?

I'm newbie! I don't know how old Munch is. Would somebody tell me how old is he? Thanx!!!=)

EDIT: Now that I've read the article I'm absolutely positive they've changed it - it used to mention Munch becoming irratable and paranoid when left alone for long periods.

I browsed though my archives and it's exactly the same text that I saved more than one year ago (26/04/2002)

Really? Not that I don't believe you, but I swear that what I recall was on there just during the summer holidays when I was writing articles for TOE.

Well, my mind ain't what it used to be, but my gut says that was part of the whole "something brewing in the belly of Odd" bit. You know, when Munch was still in conception. As in pregnancy, nine months, etc... Then when his age was determined for the game's sake it must have been changed. I will check my sources, though. Xavier, you are the Fox Moulder of the forums! 2 years when tinking dog years (mumbles 2 times 7 is 4 carry the 1) He is 14 in gabbit years. Thankyou and good night!

ZRW, not to burst your bubble here, but if you'd been to OnlineConversion, you'd know that there are not 7 dog years to a human year. There are 10.5 dog years to a human year for the first two years of the dog's life, then 4 years for every human year after that.

What's more, using the term 'Gabbit' years in the way you have implies that Gabbit years are the same as human years, yet considering a Gabbit life expectancy is less than a quarter of a human life expectancy (taking Western figures, I fear), this is somewhat unlikely.

Yeah, still it's truely amazing. I'm new to these forums and really I'm also quite new to oddworld aswell. God it's such an interesting world. I played Abe's Oddysee when it first came out and I loved it. I didn't play Exoddus until last year and then played MO this year and have fallen inlove with all three. That's how I stumbled across here. A great forum by the way guys. Yeah I'm turning into an Odd fan.

You're not the only confused one, but since Gabbits live for around 18 years, that means there are approximately four Gabbit years to a human year, meaning that Munch is very roughly 8 Gabbit years old, which makes enough sense, since he is a young Gabbit.
